All marketing services provided by Dental Marketing Experts are governed by a 12-month agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice. Any services provided within this 30-day period will be billed as agreed.
No refunds will be issued once any part of the service has commenced (including strategy, planning, ad setup, content creation, or SEO execution).
All fees paid for active services are final and non-refundable.
In rare cases where services have not yet commenced and no resources have been deployed, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
