Dental Marketing Experts — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement

Marketing services provided by Dental Marketing Experts are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

For engagements that include a new custom website design, services are governed by an initial 6-month agreement to reflect the upfront design and development work involved. After this initial 6-month term, the agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month basis, with no further long-term commitment required.

2. Cancellation Terms

Once any applicable minimum term has been fulfilled, clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice. Any work performed or services delivered during that 30-day notice period will be billed as agreed.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once any part of a service has commenced, including strategy development, planning, ad account setup, content creation, website development, or SEO execution.
• All fees paid for active or completed services are final and non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

In cases where a service has not yet commenced and no resources have been deployed on the client’s behalf, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
